Excel Precision designs and manufactures dimensional metrology instruments for applications that require high position accuracy and repeatability in motion control or calibration. Through the years, we have developed numerous innovative instruments, which enable our customers improving their measurement efficiency and result in substantial reduction of parts waste and cost reduction.

Due to the complexity of laser interferometry, achieving good accuracy requires a combination of good understanding in laser, optics, mechanical, material, and signal processing. We recognize the importance of this and therefore devote significant effort to assist our customers, especially the first time users. This includes the participation in initial brainstorming about the setting the target parameters, the design configuration, the implementation, information collection, design review, and follow-up activities.
